State Road 375 is an east–west route in Wakulla County that is the hidden designation for US 319 between State Road 377 in Sopchoppy and US 98 in Medart.

The road continues north from its current western terminus as Wakulla County Road 375, following the eastern bank of the Ochlockonee River through the Apalachicola National Forest, becoming Leon County Road 375 before terminating at State Road 20; this was formerly designated as a state route.

An additional former segment of SR 375, also now CR 375, runs between US 98 in Medart and former SR 365 near Spring Creek
