Manuel Vitorino

Manuel Vitorino Pereira

Manuel Vitorino Pereira (born in Salvador, Bahia on January 30, 1853; died November 9, 1902) was a former Governor of Bahia and a Vice-President under Prudente de Morais. He was a writer and a physician before entering politics.
