Subdomain allocation policy
Similarly to some other domains (e.g., Canada, .ca), the subdomain allocation policy of Hungary (.hu) allows anyone to register indirect subdomains of .hu (if you are not an EU citizen then you need to have a valid trademark in Hungary); UK-style allocation is also possible (.co.hu, .gov.hu, and .edu.hu..., similar to .co.uk and .com.au).
.hu accepts Internationalized domain name registrations.
